This was our second stay at Bliss Residence & Spa. After staying here seven days in 2023, we were here ten days this year. The apartment was large (55 square meters), with all the equipment we needed for a ten day stay. Even though the apartment was facing the street, we did not notice any significant noise. In any case, no more one should expect when you live as centrally as we did. The staff at the hotel were nice. We want to brag about Alexandra and one of her colleagues. The two of them helped us no matter what we needed help with, much more than what one can expect. The cleanliness was also good - was a delight to come back to cleaned room every day! The breakfast was very good, we noticed great progress from the previous year. The staff was quick to replenish as needed. There was plenty of hot food. There was even cold prosecco every day, not bad. The only thing we missed was a coffee machine - maybe it will be in place next time we come? Because we will return to this hotel, guaranteed. Also want to recommend a Latin family-run restaurant / bar two minutes' walk from Bliss. The atmosphere is calm and you can eat both inside and outside. Can especially recommend their Arepa!!! The name of the restaurant is "El Canonazo de la Habana", Address : Budapest, Ó street 22-24

Starting with the delicious breakfast and the amazing staff who provide service with great love. The room service staff who did their job faithfully. The spa staff who were helpful and available, although a smile would have added a lot. The maintenance staff who were always available for us had a small problem that we needed. And of course, the amazing reception staff who always gave the service we wanted. Lilian, thank you very much for the smile and personal attention we received, for your magic touch. ust returned from a fantastic pre-Christmas break in Budapest. We stayed at the Bliss Hotel and Spa. We arrived before check-in time but were able to store our bags whilst we did some sightseeing. The hotel location is very good and is within easy waking distance to St Stephens Basilica and the Christmas Markets. The apartment we stayed in was really big, with a full kitchen including cooker and full size fridge. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts provided were very good including champagne and a selection of hot and cold foods, breads, pastries, fruit etc. Although the spa facilities were available to use we only had time to use the pool and jacuzzi. Great hotel with great facilities and excellent value for money however the only negative was that the hotel didn’t have a bar.

The Bliss hotel is located in a perfect location, close to all major areas and within walking distance from Buda on one hand and the city park on the other hand. It's also very close to several supermarkets, many restaurants (and even a cool barber ;) The facilities are great, with a very spacious gym, a 17 meters pool and jacuzzi. The apartment was also very spacious and I was even able to work a couple of days frm it. The Wifi was OK and having a separate bedroom and a living room was very convinient. In short - a great option to stay in Budapest!

The wellness facilities were excellent and free for hotel guests which we appreciated as some hotels charge for this facility. The location of the hotel was in easy walking distance to the main city areas with lots of bars and restaurants locally. We enjoyed the 2nd room we were allocated, the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent, plus they provide toiletries. The breakfast was also very good, plenty of choice a great way to start the day. We will definitely stay here again if we revisit Budapest.
